what a dissapointment! the shower was basically a mini swimming pool, water everywhere, and bed bugs! can you imagine that? i almost wrote a fabulous review, but they only offer plain old rooms, no special treatment, how am i supposed to enjoy my stay? this hotel definitely missed the mark!

Let me break it down for you
This hotel boasts an incredible location just minutes from S. Marco's Square, perfect for exploring the area. The rooms are clean, with a classy and elegant décor that adds a nice touch. A lovely terrace is a bonus, offering a peaceful spot despite the bustling surroundings. Just expect some potential noise disturbances.

Recommend for a momentary visit.
Clean room, convenient location, the air conditioning was appreciated during our stay and made our nights comfortable despite the hot weather outside.
Everything met my expectations.

during my recent wedding celebration, the stay exceeded my past experiences in venice. the double room was spotlessly clean and had a cozy ambiance. breakfast was particularly delightful, with freshly baked croissants and organic juices that gave us energy for our explorations.
shower mixer didn’t work properly.

Perfect location close to major sights
Just a stone's throw from St Mark's Square, the accommodation was ideal for exploring Venice. The room was quaint and cleaned daily, providing a cozy retreat after our excursions. Breakfast, while simple, included decent offerings like croissants, ham, and cheese to get us started each morning. it would have been nice to see some variety in the breakfast selection over our stay.

The room was cozy and had everything I needed for a short stay. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch with options like croissants and yogurt. I really enjoyed unwinding on the lovely terrace and the quiet lounge area after a day of exploring. The only downside was that the breakfast options didn’t change at all during my visit, but it was still enjoyable! 😊

The hotel boasts a prime location that’s just a two-minute walk from San Marco Square, putting you right in the heart of the action. Surprisingly, the rooms were clean, providing a decent environment despite the other challenges.
Upon arrival, we were met with a confusing check-in process where we had to trek to a different hotel to get our keys, which didn’t give a great first impression. The rooms were notably cramped, especially for a triple that barely had room to navigate between beds, and the air conditioning was unreliable at best—struggling to keep things cool when the outdoor heat was sweltering. The bathroom facilities were a particular hassle. the shower mixer had a mind of its own, swinging between ice cold and scalding hot, while the cramped conditions made it a challenge to use. Breakfast was held in a chaotic, tightly packed area across the alley, creating a frantic fight for food with little elbow room. Plus, you could hear quite a bit of street noise and buzzing from mosquitoes in the dining area, which was more annoying than atmospheric.

What a delight to be just a hop away from Saint Mark's Square! My room was pleasantly breezy without the fuss of air conditioning, and linen was changed daily. It felt fresh and tidy!
But oh darling, the grumpy reception is like a scene from a comedy! Not to mention, you'd think a shower would know how to cooperate, yet mine seemed to prefer a swimming pool situation!
